On March 15, 2001, this court conducted a show cause hearing on the issue of whether Janis M. O'Connor, Esquire, should be held in contempt for failing to comply with the Court of Appeals orders issued on October 25, 2000 and December 28, 2000, directing Ms. O'Connor to transfer all documents pertaining to the instant appeal to new counsel, Robert Dowlut, Esquire.
