Cause appearing, we grant appellants' motion. Accordingly, this matter is remanded to the district court pursuant to its certification. Additionally, it appears that remanding this matter may have rendered this appeal moot. Accordingly, appellants shall have 20 days from the date of this order to file a motion or stipulation to dismiss this appeal pursuant to NRAP 42(b), or show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed as moot. The parties also filed a 'Stipulation to Stay Settlement Conference.' They request this court to stay settlement conference proceedings pending our resolution of the remand matter. We note that requests regarding scheduling of a settlement conference should be made directly to the settlement judge. Further, it appears the settlement judge has not scheduled any conferences while this matter has been pending.
