We deny the motion for expedited consideration as moot.] The motion to consolidate is granted and these appeals are consolidated for all appellate purposes. On March 21, 2005, appellant filed a transcript request form in Docket No. 43525. fn2[A copy of the transcript form is attached to this order.] Court reporter Kit MacDonald shall have 20 days from the date of this order to prepare and file transcripts for proceedings held on April 20, 2004, April 21, 2004, and April 26, 2004. If more time is needed, Ms. MacDonald shall, within the same time period, file a motion requesting an extension of time. Within 10 days from the date of this order, appellant shall request transcripts in Docket No. 44887 in addition to those requested for Docket No. 43525 or file a certificate of no transcript request if no additional transcripts are necessary. Respondents have moved to dismiss these appeals. Appellant opposes the motions to dismiss. Respondents moved to file a reply to the opposition to their motion to dismiss. Appellant opposes this motion. Alternatively, appellant requests leave to file a sur-reply. We grant respondents' motion to file a reply. The clerk shall detach the proposed reply brief from the motion filed on April 22, 2005, and file it in this appeal. We deny appellant's motion to file a sur-reply.
