However, it is unclear whether the proceedings held on January 6, 2003, were recorded. Ms. Silvaggio shall have 20 days from the date of this order to prepare and file the requested transcript. On October 6, 2003, appellant filed a motion for an extension of time to file the opening brief. We grant the unopposed motion.
