We consolidate these appeals for all appellate purposes. Pursuant to NRAP 16(g), the settlement judge filed a report in Docket No. 42169 indicating that appellants and respondent Cherokee Properties, an Oregon Partnership, as Assignee of Ironwood Investments ('Cherokee'), have agreed to a settlement, but that appellants and the other respondent in Docket No. 42169 were unable to agree to a settlement. Accordingly, pursuant to the settlement conference program and the stipulation of the parties, the appeal in Docket No. 42169 is dismissed as to respondent Cherokee. The settlement judge also filed a report indicating that the parties in Docket No. 43058 were unable to agree to a settlement. Accordingly, we reinstate the deadlines for requesting transcripts and filing briefs. These appeals shall follow a parallel briefing schedule. Each appellant shall have 15 days from the date of this order to request transcripts in compliance with NRAP 9(a). Further, each appellant shall have 120 days from the date of this order to file and serve an opening brief and appendix addressing the issues in their respective appeal.
