Accordingly, we reinstate the briefing schedule. See NRAP 16(c). On December 8, 2003, counsel for respondent, attorney Michael C. Van, filed a 'Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel.' On the same date, respondent filed a proper person document purporting to substitute herself 'as attorney of record in this action in the place of Michael C. Van, Esq.' We elect to treat Mr. Van's notice as a motion to withdraw, and cause appearing, we grant that motion. The clerk of this court shall remove Mr. Van from this court's docket. We decline, however, to grant respondent permission to file additional proper person documents.
