Attached to the notice is a 'Substitution of Attorney,' also filed in the district court on July 24, 2003, that purports to substitute respondent Sylvia Delara, in proper person, in place of Ms. Ashley as counsel for respondent. We note that Ms. Ashley has neither sought nor been granted leave by this court to withdraw as counsel for respondent in this appeal. Accordingly, Ms. Ashley remains counsel of record for respondent. If Ms. Ashley wishes to withdraw as counsel of record for respondent, she shall, within 15 days from the date of this order, file a motion to withdraw with this court. 03-19828
