Having previously ordered that the district court proceedings in this matter should be stayed, we conclude that resolution of this appeal should be expedited. We remove this appeal from the settlement program and reinstate the deadlines for requesting transcripts and filing briefs. On July 8, 2005, court reporter Lee M. Bahr filed certified copies of transcripts for proceedings held on May 16, 19, and 20, 2005, and on June 27, 2005. If no additional transcripts are necessary for this court's review, appellant shall file a certificate indicating that no additional transcripts will be requested. If appellant intends to request additional transcripts, he shall file a transcript request within that same time period. If additional transcripts are requested, the court reporter shall have 10 days from date of service of the request form to prepare and file those additional transcripts. Appellant shall have 30 days from the date of this order to file and serve the opening brief and appendix. Respondent shall have 20 days from the date of service of appellant's opening brief to file and serve the an answering brief. Appellant shall have 10 days from the date of service of respondent's brief to file and serve a reply brief.
