We suspend the briefing schedule in this appeal to allow the district court to consider the motion to correct. The district court shall have 30 days from the date of this order within which to deny any such requested relief, or within which to certify to this court that it is inclined to grant the relief. Should the district court certify its inclination to grant the relief and to enter an amended judgment of conviction, this court will remand the matter to the district court at that time.
