Even though appellant has not been granted leave to file documents in proper person, see NRAP 46(b), we have received and considered the documents submitted by appellant as well as the oppositions submitted by respondent. We note that although respondent takes issue with appellant's failure to file a docketing statement. NRAP q4 provides that "[a]n appellant appearing in proper person shall not file a docketing statement unless ordered to do so.] Appellant shall have 15 days from the date of this order to file, in the district court, a properly supported motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. The district court shall have 30 days from the date that appellant's motion is filed to rule on the motion and to transmit its order to this court. 04-21658
