09/17/2007 It appearing that appellant has been notified by the Court Reporting Division, of the Superior Court that the transcript requested for this appeal is ready for transmittal, and it further appearing that appellant has not made the necessary arrangements to have the transcript made part of the record on appeal, it is ORDERED that appellant's brief and the appendix including the documents required by D.C.
