Bar Member named Kevin Michael Cunningham is not the same attorney who was recently disbarred in South Carolina and the D.C. Circuit, it is ORDERED THAT Bar Counsel's motion to dismiss reciprocal discipline proceeding is granted and this matter is hereby closed. (ETW)
