R. 35 motion and it appearing that petitioner has filed other pro se motions and it further appearing that Judge Winfield has taken senior status and her cases have recently been transferred to Judge Jackson, it is ORDERED that the petition for writ of mandamus IS DENIED; however, if the motions remain outstanding for more than 120 days petitioner may file a new petition for writ of mandamus.
