Respondent has not moved to dismiss the appeal in Docket No. 39648. The estate opposes the motion. We grant respondent's motion in part, by limiting the issues that may be raised on appeal by the Geracis, individually, to those concerning the September 13, 2000, order directing the turnover of property and the April 16, 2001, judgment based on that order, the August 24, 2001, order concerning the lis pendens, and the September 24, 2001, contempt order. We deny respondent's motions in all other respects. We consolidate the above-captioned matters for all appellate purposes, and reinstate briefing in these consolidated appeals as follows. Appellant shall have 15 days from the date of this order to comply with the provisions of NRAP 9(a). The Geracis shall have 120 days from the date of this order to file and serve the opening brief and appendix. The estate shall have 120 days from the date of this order to file and serve on opening brief and appendix, which shall address all of the estate's issues in Docket No. 39304 and 39648.
