09/06/2002Order/ProceduralFiled Order. Order Correcting Opinion. On July 25, 2002, this court entered an opinion in this appeal. Glover v. Concerned Citizens for Fuji Park, 118 Nev. ___, ___ P.3d ___ (Adv. Op. No. 52, July 25, 2002). The opinion contains a misstatement. The last sentence on page 11 and continuing onto page 12 states (footnote omitted): 'The court held that a municipality's charter is its constitution; thus, any restriction on the board's authority to sell or lease property under the charter must be accomplished by charter amendment, not by initiative.' We direct the clerk of this court to correct the advance opinion in this matter by replacing that sentence with the following: 'The court held that a municipality's charter is its constitution; thus, any restriction on the board's authority to sell or lease property under the charter must be accomplished by charter amendment, not by the proposed initiative ordinance.' 02-15374
