On April 17, 2003, The Associated General Contractors ('AGC') filed a motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in support of a petition for rehearing of the order dismissing appeals. Because the caption on AGC's motion included Docket Nos. 37054, 37546, 37558 and 39928, the motion was filed in all four cases. On April 21, 2003, Harris filed its petition for rehearing. A review of the petition reveals, however, that Harris seeks rehearing only of 'that portion of the 'Order Dismissing Appeals' pertaining to Supreme Court Case No 39928.'
