We conclude that the district court did not err in denying the Jaycees' motion for a directed verdict based upon a reasonable inference of negligence.] fn2[The Jaycees argue that LaVerne failed to object to the testimony during trial. The record reflects that the district court denied LaVerne's motion in limine to exclude evidence of the Jaycees' charitable function. The motion was renewed and denied at trial.
