Code Sec 11-707 (a) I hereby designate and assign the Honorable Rhonda Reid Winston, an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, to serve as a judge of this Court for the purposes of conducting a contempt hearing in case nos. 09-CF-1027, Mateen A. Bullock v. US, 09-CF-1249m Myrone Williams v. US, and 09-CF-1516, Shiraka Evans v. US as to Charles Murdter, Esquire, and for such additional time in advance of said proceeding or thereafter as may be required to prepare for and dispose of said case. (ETW)
12/27/2010ORDER ORDERS that Charles Murdter shall appear before the Court and show cause why the court should not hold him in contempt for failure to comply with the orders of the Court of Appeals in the aforementioned cases, said orders being referenced in the Attachments A,B, and C to this order, and the court further ORDERS that said Charles Murdter and Bar Counsel, Wallace E. Shipp, Jr., or his designee, appear before the court on the 10th day of January, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in Courtroom A-48 located at 515 5th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. for a status hearing at which the date for the contempt hearing will be set and any pre-hearing procedures will be discussed.
