The notice removed Building One Service Solutions as a respondent to this appeal. On April 14, 2003, counsel for Safeway, Inc., Mr. Paul A. Matteoni, filed a letter informing this court that he does not 'believe that the caption is correct as modified due to the fact that Building One [Service Solutions] has been left out as a named [respondent].' Upon further review of the docketing statement filed by appellants, we conclude that the caption as modified is correct. Accordingly, this court will take no action with respect to Mr. Matteoni's letter. Additionally, as Building One Service Solutions is not a party to this appeal, no action will be taken with respect to the 'Notice of Bankruptcy Filing and Lift Stay' filed on March 6, 2003, and the 'Notice of Substitution of Counsel' filed on May 1, 2003. The clerk of this court shall remove the law firm of Watson Rounds as counsel for Building One Service Solutions. The parties were unable to agree to a settlement. We reinstate the time deadlines for requesting transcripts and filing briefs. Appellant: 15 days to comply with NRAP 9(a); 120 days to file and serve opening brief and appendix.
