On December 5, 2002, this court entered an order that directed court reporter Maureen Schorn to produce transcripts of proceedings held on March 22, 2002 and August 7, 2002. The transcript for the March 22, 2002 proceeding was filed on December 2, 2002. We vacate the portion of our December 5, 2002 order that directed Ms. Shorn to file this transcript. On February 5, 2003, appellant filed a motion requesting a second extension of time to file the opening brief. We grant the motion. Appellant shall have until March 20, 2003, to file and serve the opening brief and appendix.
