On August 26, 2002, the Board of Continuing Legal Education (the Board) filed a petition with this court to order certain members of the State Bar of Nevada (respondent attorneys) to show cause why their membership status should not be changed from active to inactive, and requiring certain inactive members to show cause why their rights of reinstatement to active status should not be conditioned upon full compliance with SCR 213. Cause appearing, we grant the Board's request and dismiss the petition with prejudice as to respondent attorneys David W. Fassett, Nicholas E. Hales, Wendy E. Miller, Charles W. Jirauch, Frann Moore (Gallagher), Marcus D. Cooper, Illyssa I. Fogel, Steven C. Lynes, Key G. Reid, and Theodore C. Herrera. The following active members of the State Bar shall have 30 days from the date of this order to show cause why this court should not grant the Board's petition and why their status should not be changed from active to inactive and, from the date of such change of status, be prohibited from practicing law in the State of Nevada until reinstated as allowed under SCR 213: David E. Adkins, Steven G. Barringer, John R. Brydon, Wade M. Burgeson, Margaret M. Byrne, Kimberly S. Clevenger, Joseph A. Corbo, Jr., Keith C. On August 26, 2002, the Board of Continuing Legal Education (the Board) filed a petition with this court to order certain members of the State Bar of Nevada (respondent attorneys) to show cause why their membership status should not be changed from active to inactive, and requiring certain inactive members to show cause why their rights of reinstatement to active status should not be conditioned upon full compliance with SCR 213. The petition is based upon the failure of the respondent attorneys to comply fully with the requirements of SCR 205 through 215, inclusive. Thereafter, the Board, by way of documents entitled 'Consent to Dismissal' informed this court that the following respondent attorneys satisfied the requirements set forth in SCR 205 through 215: David W. Fassett, Nicholas E. Hales, Wendy E. Miller, Charles W. Jirauch, Frann Moore (Gallagher), Marcus D. Cooper, Illyssa I. Fogel, Steven C. Lynes, Key G. Reid, and Theodore C. Herrera. Accordingly, on March 24, 2003, this court entered an order, pursuant to the Board's requests, dismissing the petition with prejudice as to the above-named attorneys. Further, we directed the remaining respondent attorneys to show cause within 30 days why this court should not grant the Board's petition. the Board filed documents entitled 'Consent to Dismissal' informing this court that attorneys David T. Spurlock, Jr.; Doris E. Nehme; Peter N. Reynolds; Nick A. Moschetti, Jr.; Carl M. Joerger; Keith C. Cramer; J. Rebecca Cassen Fletcher; Gregory F. Wilson; Wade M. Burgeson; Michael E. Eisner; Steven A. McKinley; John R. Brydon; Margaret M. Byrne; David A. Riggi; Randall R. Leonard; David E. Adkins; Dale E. Haley and Ulrich W. Smith have satisfied the requirements set forth in SCR 205 through 215, inclusive. The Board accordingly requests that its petition be dismissed as to these respondent attorneys. Cause appearing, we grant the Board's request and dismiss the petition with prejudice as to the above-named respondent attorneys. The remaining respondent attorneys have failed to respond to our March 24, 2003, order. Accordingly, we grant the Board's petition as to these attorneys. The status of the following respondent attorneys shall be changed from active to inactive. The following respondent attorneys are prohibited from practicing law in the State of Nevada until reinstated as allowed under SCR 213: Steven G. Barringer, Kimberly S. Clevenger, Joseph A. Corbo, Jr., Mary Beth Gardner, R. Scott Jamieson, Mary Margaret Kandaras, Mark J. Miller, Robert T. Nardelli, John E. 'Ring' Smith, and Victor F. Stefan. Additionally, the following inactive member of the State Bar shall remain inactive. His right to be reinstated to active status shall be conditioned on full compliance with SCR 213, in addition to any conditions of reinstatement already imposed or which may hereafter be imposed: Alan R. Geraldi. Finally, the following disbarred, disabled, suspended or resigned members of the State Bar shall maintain their disbarred, disabled, suspended or resigned status. Their right to be reinstated to active status shall be conditioned on full compliance with SCR 213, in addition to any conditions of reinstatement already imposed or which may hereafter be imposed: David G. Bray, Richard A. Caleel, Anita Cionni, Ronald A. Colquitt, Richard S. Connors, Frank J. Cundari, Bruce Alan Levin, Alaine S. Patti-Jetsvik, Charles Price, Ronald Rovacchi, Nancy Nies Sloan, Donald L.
