D'Amato to produce transcripts for proceedings held on May 8, 2002, and May 9, 2002. However, upon review of the district court docket entries, it appears that the transcripts for these proceedings were filed in the district court on June 21, 2002. This appeal was docketed in this court on September 19, 2002. We admonish appellant's counsel for improperly requesting transcripts. We also conclude that Mr. D'Amato is not obligated to file with this court certified copies of transcripts for proceedings held on May 8, 2002, and May 9, 2002. Appellant shall have 15 days to file a supplemental appendix that includes file stamped copies of the transcripts for proceedings of May 8, 2002, and May 9, 2002.
