10/02/2001Order/ProceduralFiled Order. On May 24, 2001, this court entered an order removing this appeal from the settlement conference program and reinstating briefing. On May 31, 2001, appellant, a Nevada attorney representing himself, filed a certificate of no transcript request and a docketing statement. On June 21, 2001, this court entered an opinion in Docket No. 36173 which disbarred appellant from the practice of law. Accordingly, appellant may no longer file papers in this appeal. We direct appellant to obtain counsel to represent him in this appeal and to cause counsel to file a notice of appearance with the clerk of this court within 30 days from the date of this order. If appellant fails to obtain counsel within this time period, this appeal shall be processed as a proper person appeal. fn1[On September 25, 2001, this court received from appellant an opening brief.
