Cause appearing, we grant the motion to associate counsel. Mr. Cooper and Ms. Faust shall be permitted to appear on behalf of appellant. However, Mr. Patterson shall be responsible for all matters presented by appellant in this appeal. See SCR 42(14)(b), SCR 42(14)(c) and NRAP 46(a). The parties were unable to agree to a settlement. The applicable rule in this court, NRAP 25(1)(c), provides that service 'may be personal, by mail, or by third-party commercial carrier for delivery within 3 calendar days.' Accordingly, we disapprove service by facsimile in this case.
