Ct. on March 12, 1996 and calenared for hearing on Sept. 24, 1997, and it apprg that no final determination of the amount of atty's fees to be awarded has been made by the trial court, and on consideration of an order issued by this court on October 24, 1997 to show cause on or before the 3rd of Nov. 1997, why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as prematurely filed, and on consideration of appellee's response filed on Nov. 14, 1997 requesting 45 days in order to allow the District to withdraw its claim for atty's fees and appellant's lack of response to the order or the District's request, it is Ordered that the parties shall file a report with this court within twenty days regarding the status of the outstanding trial court motion. It is Further Ordered that failure to comply with this order shall result in this case being dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. (WA,KG,RD)
