It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Board on Professional Responsibility's motion for clarification of the December 16, 1999 order is granted to the extent that pursuant to D.C. Bar R. XI, Sec 13 (e), respondent is suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia until further order of the court and that respondent's reinstatement to the District of Columbia Bar shall be in accordance with the provisions of D.C. Bar R. XI, Sec 13 (g). It is FURTHER ORDERED that the disciplinary proceedings pending against respondent are held in abeyance pending final disposition of proceedings before the State of Vermont Professional Conduct Board. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Counsel for respondent shall file with the Court, within 20 days from the date of this order, an affidavit on behalf of respondent in compliance with D.C. Bar R. XI, Sec 14 (g), and shall serve copies of the affidavit on Bar Counsel and the Board on Professional Responsibility. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Bar Counsel advise the Court if the matter is concluded without the necessity of further court action.
