11/27/1992ORDER: Pursuant to Rule XI, sec. 10(c) of the Rules Governing the Bar of the District of Columbia, that the respondent is suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia, and the Board on Professional Responsibility is directed to institute a formal proceeding for determination of the nature of the final discipline to be imposed, and specifically to review the elements of the crime for which respondent was sentenced for the purpose of determining whether or not the crime involves moral turpitude within the meaning of DC Code sec. 11-2503(a); the Clerk shall cause a copy of this order to be transmitted to the Chair of the BPR for the above-mentioned purpose. Respodent's suspension shall become effective immediately. The Court directs respondent's ettention to Rule XI, sec. 14(f), which sets forth the steps to be taken following the imposition of public discipline. (By RO)
