The parties are invited to file supplemental memoranda discussing whether, in light of this fact, under D.C. Code Section 22-3202 (a)(1) has any legal or practical bearing on the sentence appellant will serve. See David v. United States, 579 A.2d 1172, 1174 n.2 (D.C. 1990) (discussing application or good time credits to mandatory minimum sentence).
