Having reviewed the fast track statement and appendix, we conclude that they are again entirely inadequate for this court to conduct a meaningful review on appeal. Accordingly, we grant the motion to strike. The clerk of this court shall strike the fast track statement and appendix filed on August 7, 2008. Accordingly, within 40 days of the date of this order, Mr. Kocka shall obtain the necessary transcript for review of the issue raised on appeal, include the transcript in the appendix to the fast track statement, and file a fast track statement and appendix that comply with the requirements of NRAP 3C. We conclude that Mr. Kocka's failure to submit an adequate fast track statement and appendix in compliance with NRAP 3C, on two separate occasions, warrants the imposition of sanctions.
