Accordingly, if appellant believes that a report of the April 10, 2000, and/or the January 9, 2001, proceedings is necessary for this court's review of this appeal, appellant's counsel shall file a notice to that effect with this court within 10 days from the date of this order, and shall secure and file a statement of the proceedings in compliance with NRAP 9(d). It appears that appellant has included the April 17, 2001, transcript in the appendix to the opening brief, but not the other transcripts that were filed in the district court before this appeal was docketed. If appellant believes transcripts of proceedings held on September 19, 2001, October 11, 2001, November 15, 2001, or November 27, 2001, are necessary for this court's review of this appeal, appellant's counsel shall file a supplemental appendix including them within 20 days from the date of this order. Finally, Ms. Ajoub notes that there is 'no record' and 'no minutes' for any proceedings held on July 10, 2002, September 12, 2002, September 23, 2003, November 17, 2003, and November 26, 2003. It appears from our review of the district court minutes that, indeed, there were no proceedings on these dates. Based upon the foregoing, it appears that Ms. Ajoub has fulfilled her obligations with respect to the transcripts in this matter.
