In the motion, counsel requests transmission of the district court record to this court, pursuant to NRAP 10. This appeal is subject to the provisions of NRAP 3C, and that rule does not provide for consideration of the entire district court record. Rather, counsel have a duty to prepare an appendix that comports with the requirements of NRAP 30 and NRAP 32. Counsel shall, within 10 days from the date of this order, file on behalf of this appellant a transcript request form or a certificate stating that no transcript is required in this appeal and shall file a fast track statement and appendix within 40 days of this order. Thereafter, this appeal shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of NRAP 3C. The district court shall have 30 days from the date of this order to: (1) enter a written judgment or order or (2) inform this court that it is reconsidering its decision.
