Appellant Khusrow Roohani has filed a motion to remand this matter to the district court pursuant to Huneycutt v. Huneycutt, 94 Nev. 79, 575 P.2d 585 (1978). Appellant's motion is accompanied by an order of the district court certifying that upon remand, it is inclined to vacate the judgment that is the subject of this appeal. Cause appearing, we grant appellant's motion and we remand this matter to the district court pursuant to its certification. Appellant has also filed a motion to suspend the briefing of this appeal. Cause appearing, we grant the motion and we suspend the briefing of this appeal until further order of this court. Appellant shall have 30 days from the date of this order to inform this court of the status of this appeal.
