Sue Saunders that informed this court that the district court allowed her to withdraw as attorney of record for respondent and, consequently, that she 'no longer represent[s] [respondent] Wendy K. Sleeper.' Attached to Ms. Saunders' letter is a copy of a district court order entered February 21, 2003, granting Ms. Saunders' motion to withdraw. We note that the district court only ordered that Ms. Saunders 'is relieved of responsibility in this [the District] Court . . .' The district court order did not operate to release Ms. Saunders as counsel for respondent in this appeal. On March 17, 2003, this court entered an order dismissing this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Accordingly, we elect to treat Ms. Saunders' letter as a notice of withdrawal as attorney.
