On or around November 25, 2002, the district court orally denied habeas corpus petitions that appellant had filed in district court case numbers C158840 and C162359. Appellant's appeals from the district court's oral decisions were docketed in this court in Docket Nos. 40677 (C162359) and 40678 (C158840). On February 7, 2003, the district court entered written orders denying the habeas corpus petitions. On February 14, 2003, appellant filed to additional notices of appeal from these orders. The clerk of this court inadvertently opened two additional cases for the second notices of appeal in Docket Nos. 40966 (C162359) and 40967 (C158840). We direct the clerk of this court to administratively close Docket Nos. 40966 (C162359) and 40967 (Ca58840).
