Appellant shall have 30 days from the date of this order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Additionally, we note that on April 30, 2004, and June 29, 2004, this court entered orders directing counsel for appellant, attorney Timothy A. Hill, to comply with the provisions of SCR 42.1. As of the date of this order, Mr. Hill has not responded to those orders in any manner. Mr. Hill shall have 15 days from the date of this order to comply with SCR 42.1. Also, within 30 days from the date of this order, Mr. Hill shall show cause why sanctions should not be imposed pursuant to the settlement judge's report.
