| 07/09/2002 | Order/Procedural | Filed Order. On May 13, 2002, counsel for appellant, David R. Ford, filed a motion to substitute Tina Mirabelli in the place of appellant Robert Robinson. In support of the motion, Mr. Ford states that appellant Robert Robinson passed away on March 6, 2002. We defer ruling on the motion to substitute because it is unclear whether Ms. Mirabelli has been appointed as the personal representative of the estate of appellant. Mr. Ford shall have 15 days from the date of this order to provide documentation that Ms. Mirabelli has been appointed as the personal representative of Mr. Robinson. Within the same time period, if Ms. Mirabelli has not been appointed as the personal representative of Mr. Robinson, Mr. Ford shall so notify this court in writing, and move to substitute the person appointed as Mr. Robinson's personal representative. On March 19, 2002, appellant filed the opening brief. To date, appellant has failed to file the appendix to the opening brief. Appellant shall have 10 days from the date of this order to file and serve the appendix to the opening brief. Respondent shall have 30 days after service of the appendix to the opening brief to file and serve the answering brief. On May 13, 2002, the parties file a stipulation extending the time for respondent to file the answering brief by 60 days. We elect to treat the stipulation as a joint motion for an extension of time.
