Further, based upon our review of the petition, it appears that the following attorneys named in the petition have failed to comply with the requirements set forth in SCR 205 through 215, inclusive: Jason M. Booth, Judith H. Braecklein, John J. Brannelly, Jr. Ronald L. Cordes, Victor G. Drakulich, Gerald A. Fierro, Jeffrey E. Fisher, Terry L. Hutchinson. John T. Jensen, Joel M. Korotkin, Daniel E. Leach, David S. McElroy, Michael D. Merchant, Shane W. Norris, Cheryl D. (Green) Peterson, George R. Pike, and Stephen M. Sullivan. Accordingly, the following active members of the State Bar shall have 30 days from the date of this order within which to show cause why this court should not grant the Board's petition and why their status should not be changed from active to inactive and, from the date of such change of status, be prohibited from practicing law in the State of Nevada until reinstated as allowed under SCR 213: Judith H. Braecklein, John J. Brannelly, Jr., Victor G. Drakulich, Gerald A. Fierra, Jeffery E. Fisher, Terry L. Hutchinson, John T. Jensen, Joel M. Korotkin, Michael D. Merchant, Shane W. Norris and George R. Pike. Further, the following inactive members of the State Bar shall have 30 days from the date of this order within which to show cause why this court should not grant the Board's petition and why their rights to be reinstated to active status should not be conditioned on full compliance with SCR 213, in addition to any conditions of reinstatement already imposed or which may hereafter be imposed: Jason M. Booth, Daniel E. Leach, David S. McElroy, Cheryl D. (Green) Peterson. The Board, by way of documents entitled 'Consent to Dismissal' filed on October 12, 2000, informed this court that the following respondent attorneys satisfied the requirements set forth in SCR 205 through 215, inclusive: Craig W. Brunet, Carl M. Joerger, and Wendy E. Miller. Accordingly, on November 22, 2000, this court entered an order, pursuant to the Board's requests, dismissing the petition with prejudice as to the above-named attorneys. On November 30, 2000, December 18, 2000, January 2, 2001, and January 11, 2001, the Board filed documents with this court entitled 'Consent to Dismissal'. We grant the Board's request and hereby dismiss the petition with prejudice as to respondent attorneys Victor G. Drakulich, Judith H. Braecklein, John J. Brannelly, Gerard A. Fierro, Jeffrey E. Fisher, Terry L. Hutchinson, and Daniel E. Leach. The remaining respondent attorneys have failed to respond to our order of November 22, 2000. Accordingly, we grant the Board's petition as to these attorneys. The status of the following respondent attorneys shall be changed from active to inactive, and their rights of reinstatement shall be conditioned upon full compliance with SCR 213: John T. Jensen, Joel M. Korotkin, Michael D. Merchant, Shane W. Norris, and George R. Pike. Additionally, the right of each of the following inactive members of the State Bar to be reinstated to active status shall be conditioned upon full compliance with SCR 213, in addition to any conditions of reinstatement already imposed on them: Jason M. Booth, David S. McElroy, and Cheryl D. (Green) Peterson. Finally, the right of each of the following suspended or disabled members of the State Bar to be reinstated to active status shall be conditioned on full compliance with SCR 213, in addition to any conditions of reinstatement already imposed on them: Ronald L.
