| 09/14/2021 | PROHIBITED from further pro se filings | ORDERED that the petition for writ of mandamus is rejected and the Clerk of the Court shall return all papers filed in this proceeding to petitioner and this proceeding is hereby terminated. This court’s October 22, 2010 order in case number 4D09-2192, and the consolidated cases, prohibits petitioner from any pro se papers in this court. Petitioner recently filed a nearly identical mandamus petition in 4D20-840 that was dismissed based on this court’s sanction order. This court’s April 8, 2020 order in case number 4D20-840 again advised petitioner that his pro se filings would not be accepted. Petitioner’s filing of this repetitive petition in direct contravention to this court’s sanction order is frivolous and an abuse of process. The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward a certified copy of this order to the appropriate institution for consideration of disciplinary procedures. § 944.279(1), Fla. Stat. (2020). MAY, DAMOORGIAN and KUNTZ, JJ., concur. | |
