Because respondent Bobcat of Las Vegas is proceeding in proper person, Bobcat of Las Vegas will not be permitted to file documents in this appeal. If Bobcat of Las Vegas wishes to file documents in this appeal, it must retain counsel and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance with this court.
