On April 25, 2000, we entered an order directing court reporters Patsy Smith, Laurie Webb and Kris Johnson to comply with NRAP 9(b) by filing, within twenty days, transcripts requested by appellant in a transcript request form filed on July 22, 1999, for proceedings conducted on December 3, 1998, through December 8, 1998.Appellant filed two amended transcript request forms on July 27, 1999, in which appellant noted that court reporter Smith 'did not cover the above proceedings.' We vacate that portion of our order of April 25, 2000, directing court reporter Smith to file transcripts in this appeal. Although appellant's amended transcript request forms were not directed to court reporter Smith, they nevertheless obligated court reporters Webb and Johnson to prepare and file in this court transcripts for proceedings held on December 7, 1998, and December 8, 1998, respectively. On May 5, 2000, court reporter Jennifer D. Church filed in this court transcripts for proceedings held on December 7, 1998. However, to date, the transcripts for proceedings held on December 8, 1998, have not been filed in this court. Accordingly, court reporter Johnson shall have ten (10) days from the date of this order to file the requested transcripts, to file a motion for an extension of time to file the requested transcripts or to show cause why sanctions should not be imposed. | | 00-13016
