06/22/2001Order/ProceduralFiled Order. On January 10, 2001, we entered an order granting attorney Joseph W. Houston, II's motion to withdraw as counsel for respondent and gave respondent sixty days to either obtain counsel to represent her in this appeal and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance in this court or inform this court that she does not intend to obtain counsel. To date, respondent has failed to respond to our order. It appears that respondent does not intend to obtain counsel. We therefore remove this matter from the settlement conference program. Appellant shall, within 15 days from the date of this order, file the docketing statement. Upon the filing of the docketing statement, this court shall conduct a preliminary jurisdictional review of this appeal. Appellant: 15 days to comply with NRAP 9(a). Because this is a child custody matter, appellant shall have 90 days from the date of this order to file and serve the opening brief and appendix. Thereafter, this case shall stand submitted for decision, without oral argument, based on appellant's opening brief and appendix. (Docketing statement mailed to counsel for appellant). 01-10588
