To date, court reporter Helleso has filed certified copies of all transcripts requested of him, except for the transcript of proceedings conducted on May 27, 1999. Our review of the district court minute entries indicates that although court proceedings were held on May 27, 1999, that no court reporter was present on that date. We deem all transcripts requested of court reporter Helleso to be filed with this court. Court reporter Silvaggio has failed to file certified copies of the transcripts requested of her. Silvaggio shall have 20 days from the date of this order to prepare and file the transcripts of proceedings conducted on May 10, 2000, and May 25, 2000. If more time is needed to complete the preparation of the transcripts, court reporter Silvaggio shall, within the same time period, file a motion with this court requesting an extension of time and stating the reason for the extension. If the requested transcripts cannot be produced, court reporter Silvaggio shall notify this court, in writing, of this fact. On December 18, 2000, appellant filed a motion for an extension of time to file the opening brief. Appellant shall have 110 days from the date of this order to file and serve the opening brief and appendix.
