Petitioner did not file a petition for rehearing, and on September 5, 2001, the clerk of this court issued a notice in lieu of remittitur. On November 6, 2001, this court received a proper person motion to recall the notice in lieu of remittitur and a rehearing. The motion was denied on November 14, 2002. On December 5, 2002, this court received a renewed proper person motion to recall notice in lieu of remittitur. Petitioner's request for relief is untimely. Therefore, this court denies the relief requested. fn1[Although petitioner was not granted leave to file papers in proper person, see NRAP 46(b), we have considered the proper person documents received from her. On November 7, 2003, petitioner submitted a $150 money order as payment for the proposed December 2002 rehearing petition. Petitioner did not file a petition for rehearing, and on September 5, 2001, the clerk of this court issued a notice in lieu of remittitur. On November 6, 2001, we received petitioner's proper person motion to recall the notice in lieu of remittitur and for rehearing. The motion was denied on November 14, 2002. On December 5, 2002, we received petitioner's renewed proper person motion to recall the notice in lieu of remittitur. On April 27, 2004, that motion was denied. On May 10, 2004, we received a proper person motion to show cause and to reverse the April 27 order.
