02/22/2011 | | Upon consideration of the notices of appeal in these matters, and on further consideration of this court's order of February 15, 2011, issued in appeal no. 11-CV-103, which directed appellant/ cross-appellee to file the statement regarding transcript within 20 days from the date of the order, and it appearing that transcript is needed for appeal no. 11-CV-152, it is ORDERED sua sponte, that appeals nos. 11-CV-103 and 11-CV-152 are consolidated for all purposes herein.
