App. R. 30 requires that the joint appendix be filed with the brief of appellant but that appellants' briefs ahve already been filed and it further appearing that the parties dispute which documents are relevant for inclusion in the appendix, it is ORDERED that, in light of the posture of these appeals, the court grants the appellants' motion to waive the D.C. App. R. 30 requirement that appellants file a joint appendix with their brief and appellants in appeal no. 05-PR-756 shall file their supplemental brief and the appendix of all appellants no later than November 28, 2005.
