M.E., 606 A.2d 160, 161 (D.C. 1992)(Section 11-721 bars an appeal unless the order appealed from disposes of all issues in the case; it must be final as to all the parties, the whole subject matter, and all of the causes of action involved.) and West v. Morris, 711 A.2d 1269, 1271 (D.C. 1998)(quoting Dyhouse v. Baylor, 455 A.2d 900, 901 (D.C. 1983)(An order disposing of claims against fewed than all of the parties is not appealable, absent a proper Super. Ct. Civ.
