11/02/2005 On consideration of appellant's application for a change of name filed in 1997, wherein the Superior Court granted the motion and changed appellant's name to Saeed A.A. Rahim Mohammed, and a similar motion filed by appellant in the Alabama Probate Court, wherein that court granted the application on September 9, 2004, and changed appellant's name to Saahib Muhammad Abdullah that was filed and denied by the Superior Court, and there appearing to be no reason, based upon the face of these proceedings, why the order of the Alabama Probate Court is not entitled to full faith and credit, it is ORDERED that this appeal is hereby DISMISSED AS MOOT.
